蒿柳（学名：Salix viminalis）为杨柳科柳属的植物。分布在日本、朝鲜、欧洲、西伯利亚以及中国的辽宁、河北、内蒙古、吉林、黑龙江等地，生长于海拔300米至600米的地区，多生长在河边及溪边，目前尚未由人工引种栽培。
