Grey-brown-white marked bird with a striking large mouth, the mouth is larger than the beak. Large eyes with a long thick tail. It is hunting during night time and rests during daytime trying to look like a trunk. It is difficult to spot but it makes calls every now and then, both genders have a large repertoire.
