Black neck and head with white cheeks. Brown body, black/white tail, breast and belly light brown to white. Originally from North America. ♂ guards during breeding and helps raise the young. Not very territorial and can often be seen with multiple families and other geese. ⇔ l. ♂ 97-99 cm , ♀ 90-93 cm Larger than the ANSER ANSER (Grey goose).
