White with black zigzag lines and markings. Rear body pinkish striped, ♂ deep feathered antennae, ♀ has a thread like antennae and a pointy rear body. There is a lot of variation in markings, some are very dark to almost completely black. ⇔ wsp. 34-55 mm Prefers various deciduous trees as well as pine, and can be found in the forest.
