Sparrow with conspicuous broad white eyebrow, white throat, the belly is white or light brown speckled, back and wings are brown. ♀ light coloured beak, ♂ black coloured beak. Breeds in colonies using loosely woven round nests in trees. Feeds close to the nest, very noisy. ⇔ l. 17-19 cm
