Green topside, a broad bright green cross stripe on both front and rear wing. The bottom side is grey-brown speckled, a white-yellow marking and on the rear edge orange markings with dark edges. Small tails on the rear wings with an orange eye marking just in front of the tail. ⇔ wsp. 80-100 mm syn. Emerald peacock, Green-banded peacock
